We meet at the Whitby Sport & Social Club at 6.15 p.m., runs commence at 6.30 p.m. on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. On a Tuesday you can choose to run between 5 and 8 miles and on a Thursday we have a quality session (intervals) plus a five mile run option. No matter what night you come down we always have a back marker, so no one gets left behind.www.ellesmereportrunningclub.org.uk
